How this works…

1. Develop Your Self-Awareness

You’ve got a great life to live (and possibly a child or more who want your attention!) and that requires you to recognize your needs and emotions so you can feel your best and be present. I’ll help you learn to pause, connect and recognize your feelings and trust yourself.

2. Follow the path

I will see you where you are today. As you practice the tools and modalities, you will be invited to see the obstacles in your life as guideposts rather than blocks. This frees you to take meaningful steps forward in your life. I’ve seen it work for many clients, and when you’re ready - it’s your turn!

3. Enjoy life (your emotions & food too!) on your terms!

At the end of our first session, it will feel as though a weight has been lifted. You will see a path in front of you where ease is within reach. When you know who you are, you will experience more confidence in intentionally living the life you want without the fear and desire to control everything around you. Having someone on your side who understands how hard it is to let go of control when it’s all you’ve ever known & who knows what it’s like to want to be excellent at everything you do while managing a job, friendships, family relationships, exercise, birthdays, eating well and keeping your house-plants alive - means everything.

Even when everything looks ok on the outside - on the inside, we’re overwhelmed and anxious  - and so tired.

This is why I do what I do.

Through counseling and nutrition, I help women who want to feel grounded and connect to the truth of who they are. Learn to welcome those big feelings as they guide you into alignment so you can live from a place of ease, confidence, balance, and trust in yourself!

When I say “I get it” - I really get it.

As a holistic nutritionist, social worker, Mom & wife - I know how it feels to know there’s another way but to feel too busy and wrapped up in life to actually find it.

Shifting how we relate to our feelings, to food and the practice of connecting with our authentic selves isn’t a walk in the park! It is so easy to get lost in the hustle of everyday life - fighting to get it all done, caring for everyone else all while freeing ourselves from the voice in our heads telling us that we aren’t enough.
